Our R&D lab is among the best equipped lab for the testing of wood panel products. An impressive array of advanced equipment is used researchers and scientists round-the-clock to deliver you no compromise quality product.
Plywood samples are regularly tested in the lab to check the product's conformity with the ISI specifications. Quality control inspectors inspect every panel with most stringent quality control norms suggested by BIS. The entire range of products undergoes extensive quality control processes to enable flawless finish product. Utmost care is taken to manufacture resins and these are incorporated with anti borer and termite chemical during production to make the products withstand attack from borer and termite.
We are very strict in checking the quality of our products. Every peace is checked from its side and also from top surface. Any stain, gap or overlap is removed during checking. Bending is normal tendency of wood and this happens because of variable moisture content. We insure the equal and specified moisture content in each of MODAK range of products.
