Calibrated plywood is made from hardwood veneers of Gurjan or Eucalyptus. Its uniform thickness, smooth surface and calibrated surface make it highly useful in precise applications like furniture making, interior decorations, kitchen cabinets, drawers, etc. Our calibrated plywood is treated to deliver a flawless appearance with high strength. Being one of the best calibrated plywood manufacturers, we ensure that each output performs brilliantly on various quality parameters. After receiving the hardwood logs, we grade them according to various quality assessments. For calibrated plywood, we choose the topmost grade as we don’t make these with any imperfections. The veneers are prepared for peeling into thin sheets. For gluing, we use low-emission phenolic formaldehyde adhesive, which has excellent qualities like waterproofing and termite and borer proofing. The veneers are hot-pressed in two ways, achieving the desired uniform thickness. For surface smoothing, we use a special belt machine for the sanding process.
